Warranty Period

• Products procured directly from the Levelo website or physical store comes with a 24-month warranty.
• Levelo products purchased from any of our authorized dealers are guaranteed with a one-year warranty. If you wish to extend this warranty, you'll need to go to our website at https://levelobrand.com/warranty and fill out the necessary form, making sure to include your personal information and a photo of the product. After your request has been evaluated and accepted, we'll send you an email notification to affirm the extension of your product's warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

• To initiate a warranty claim, we require you to provide us with an in-depth explanation of the issue.
• Levelo holds the authority to review the product you've purchased, to verify its condition aligns with your described problem prior to validating any warranty claims.

Shipping & Handling

• Levelo oversees the return shipment of faulty products back to our service center for UAE-based customers. There is no cost attached to this service for customers within the UAE during the warranty period.
• For orders placed internationally, customers will need to bear the cost of shipping during the warranty period.

Repair and Replacement Eligibility

• In the event that a product exhibits manufacturing flaws or operational issues within the warranty timeframe, we commit to either repair or substitute the item without any extra cost.
• If the specific item is unavailable, we may propose to replace it with a product of similar value and function.
Exclusion
• The warranty provided by Levelo does not encompass any damage or wear and tear that occurs due to normal use over the duration of the warranty period.
• Our warranty does not account for problems caused by misuse, deliberate damage, accidental incidents, theft, neglect, or alterations performed by unauthorized repair services.
• Every product comes with its power requirements distinctly stated on its packaging. It's important to cross-check these with your country's standards prior to buying, as Levelo won't take responsibility for any complications resulting from this discrepancy.

Payment Method

• All orders must be placed under Visa/Master card.
• Any order from the United Arab Emirates is eligible for Cash on Delivery Payment method.

Refund

• Once your refund is approved, expect to receive it within a timeframe of 7 to 14 days.
• If you used Cash On Delivery as your payment method, a customer service representative will reach out to you to collect your bank details. This will include your account number, IBAN, the name of your bank, and the name written on the card.

Limitations & Customer Responsibilities

• It's incumbent upon customers to thoroughly peruse the user manual and familiarize themselves with the operation of the product they've purchased.
• Customers must ensure that they supply the appropriate power as dictated in the instruction manual for certain products.
• Any repairs undertaken outside of the authorized Levelo service center may potentially invalidate the warranty.
• Levelo's responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, in line with the stipulations of the warranty.
• Levelo will not bear any liability for unintentional mishandling of the product resulting in damage.
